TLC – EPC Contractor for the Low-Voltage Power Distribution System for SCGP

In industrial electrical projects, a well-designed, properly installed, and reliable power distribution system is a critical foundation for safe and efficient factory operations. With extensive experience in industrial electrical engineering and construction, Tuyen Lam Technical & Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. (TLC) was appointed as the EPC contractor for the low-voltage power distribution system of a project for SCGP, one of Thailand’s leading and well-established packaging companies.

TLC’s scope of work covered the complete project execution, from Engineering and Design – Procurement – Installation – Testing and Commissioning, providing SCGP with an integrated and reliable electrical solution.

As part of the project, TLC was responsible for the implementation of the Main Switchboard (MSB) and 10 Distribution Boards (DBs). The electrical panels were designed, supplied, and installed in accordance with the project’s technical requirements, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power distribution to the various production areas and electrical loads throughout the factory.

In addition to the electrical distribution panels, TLC also carried out the complete cable tray, cable ladder, and cable raceway systems, together with the installation and routing of the required power cables. The scope also included the complete cable termination and electrical connection works between the panels, equipment, and distribution systems.

All installation activities were carefully coordinated to ensure proper cable management, accessibility for inspection and maintenance, operational reliability, and a neat and professional installation. Particular attention was given to workmanship and

installation quality, as these are essential factors in ensuring the long-term reliability of an industrial electrical system.

Upon completion of the installation works, TLC conducted comprehensive inspection, testing, system verification, and commissioning. Electrical panels, cables, connections, and associated systems were carefully checked and tested before energization and handover to ensure that the entire system performed in accordance with the approved design and project requirements.

Throughout the project, TLC consistently maintained four core principles: Safety – Quality – Schedule – Efficiency. From engineering and procurement through installation, testing, and commissioning, every stage was carefully managed and controlled to deliver the required standards and project objectives.

TLC successfully completed the project in accordance with the agreed requirements, achieving the expected standards of safety, quality, schedule, and operational efficiency. Most importantly, the successful completion of the project resulted in the satisfaction and confidence of SCGP, further demonstrating TLC’s capability as a reliable EPC contractor for industrial electrical systems.
