SERVICE FOR STEEL PLANT
TLC is serving a Japanese Customer - The Steel Plant, replacing, maintaining the Siemens Circuit Breaker 24KV.
We, TLC can provide Customers total solution for Medium Voltage, Low Voltage power distribution (MV SWG, Transformer, LV Distribution board) consisting of System design, provide equipment, installation, Testing and Commissioning, Energizing.
The Testing and Commissioning service is having
- Testing all electrical parameters of Transformer.
- Testing Oil of Transformer.
- Testing MV SWG.
- Setting and Testing the Relay for MV SWG.
- Testing Medium Voltage Potential Transformer.
- Testing Medium Voltage Current Transformer.
- Checking and Testing the Metering systems.
- Testing the Insulation resistances of equipment.
- Hi-pot test for Medium Voltage busbar and cable.
- Testing measuring the Power quality of Power systems.
- Checking and measuring the Grounding resistance of equipment.
All the Tests results are reported, the Test Reports are approved by the Government’s authorities (HSE, EVN, Fire Fighting Police…).
